1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Defective and Non-Defective Items: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Exchange Requests: If you need a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return & Exchange Process

We want to make the return and exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

For Returns:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@cozylayers.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and confirm whether your item is eligible for return. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Method: Returns must be shipped by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package for your convenience. There is no return cost or any hidden charges.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Use the provided return label and drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier. Ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

For Exchanges:

  1. Initiate an Exchange: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, contact us at support@cozylayers.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide instructions on sending back the original item.
  3. No Exchange Fees: There are no additional costs for exchanges. We cover the shipping charges for sending you the replacement item.
  4. Processing & Delivery: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement item at no extra cost. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the exchange is processed.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
