2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on business days (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.

4. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Handling Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: After your order has been shipped, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery, depending on your location within the United States.
  • Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, please allow 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) for your package to arrive.

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping options. However, we are always working to improve our shipping services.
